This tool is similar to the one my Physical Therapist uses on my broken wrist. The little notch on the top surface helps to apply more force. The radius around the entire perimeter of the tool is comfortable to push on as well as to apply force to the healing area. The spherical tip works well to get into small areas, like the distal end of the radius bone. Also, the polished surface is smooth, so it's comfortable on my skin, plus it's beautiful.

I didn't buy this for a long time because I thought I could make do with substitute tools (spoons, heavy handheld objects). My raging case of plantar fasciitis overcame my frugality and I was amazed. It's ODDLY effective. I use it mostly on the bottom of my feet, my calves and my IT band. I am satisfied.

So glad I got this. I suffer from bad muscle spasms and this is the only thing that gives me relief. The length and holes make it easy to use on yourself. It doesn't slip out of your hand like the plastic gua sha tools either. It's a good way to free up sticky muscles in your legs and back. I've even used it for wrist pain. Might get another just in case.

Love the finger grips as they relieve some of the aches from holding the tool. I would like to see them finish the holes a bit more. Love the different curves and trigger point ball.

In theory, the design seems good, the holes are useful. I do not know what type of special hand one must have to use this tool. It works out at all hands.

Beauty! Everything is perfect, packed perfectly, not a single scratch. The cover is cool. A little heavy, but I think you can get used to it. I'm just delighted!! Delivery took about a week.
